- Accommodation will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.
- Full payment of all room nights is required to secure your booking.
- Any cancellation within 45 days prior to check in will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Please advise Londocor in advance of any changes to your accommodation reservation.
- Should you not arrive on the expected date, your room will be reallocated to someone else.
- Check-in time is 14h00 on day of arrival and check-out time is 10h00 on the day of departure.
- Please advise the hotel of any special dietary requirements at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Kwa Maritane Lodge does not offer an on-site Halaal kitchen. Special dietary meals can be accommodated by Specific request at a surcharge.
