Registration will open on Thursday, 19th March at 08h00 and each morning thereafter at 08h00.
Please collect your name badge, congress bag and other congress material from the registration table inside the exhibition hall.
Please remember to scan your name badge at the registration table daily to ensure you receive the appropriate CPD points.
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing. An administration fee of R500.00 will be charged for cancelled registrations received prior to 1st of March. Any cancellations received after this date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
All participants must wear their name badge during the congress, whilst visiting the exhibition hall and during all social functions. Your cooperation in this regard will be appreciated.
Limited complimentary vouchers will be issued when delegates check in at Kwa Maritane Lodge. Once your complimentary data is depleted, you are welcome to purchase more from reception.
Please note that all delegates are responsible for their own travel insurance, medical insurance and cancellation fees.
The congress will be conducted in English. No translation service will be available.
All the scientific sessions will be accredited with CPD points (Health Professions Council of South Africa).

Dress code for dinners is casual.
Please make sure that you have your meal vouchers for presentation at the dinner venue.
Tea / Coffee and Lunch will be served in the exhibition hall daily.
