The congress organisers will confirm all registrations in writing once full payment has been received. The registration fees are payable in South African Rands only and will include:
- Admission to all the scientific sessions for the duration of the congress
- Congress bag
- Final programme and other congress material
- Luncheons and teas
- Admission to the congress dinners
- The partner / spouse fee includes admission to the congress dinners but not to the scientific sessions.
The registration form must be completed in full.
Registration will open on Saturday, 18th March 2017 at 08h00 and each morning thereafter at 08h00.
Please collect your name badge, congress bag and other congress material from the registration table inside the exhibition hall.
Please remember to scan your name badge at the registration table daily to ensure you receive the appropriate CPD points.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing. An administration fee of R400.00 will be charged for cancelled registrations received prior to Wednesday, 1st February 2017. Any cancellations received after this date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
All participants must wear their name badge during the congress, whilst visiting the exhibition hall and during all social functions. Your cooperation in this regard will be appreciated.
Complimentary vouchers will be issued when delegates check in at Kwa Maritane Lodge.
Please note that all delegates are responsible for their own travel, medical and other insurance.
The congress will be conducted in English. No translation service will be available.
All the scientific sessions will be accredited with CPD points (Health Professions Council of South Africa).
Saturday, 18th March 2017: Dinner in the Hotel Restaurant (from 19h00).
Sunday, 19th March 2017: Dinner at the Pool (from 19h00).
Monday, 20th March 2017: Boma Dinner in the Pilanesberg National Park (from 19h00).
Dress code for dinners is casual. Please make sure that you have your meal vouchers for presentation at the dinner venue.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME AT KWA MARITANE LODGE
Check‐in time is 15h00 on the day of arrival, and check-out time 10h00 on the day of departure. You may store your luggage with reception until your departure on the day of check-out. To this end, please ensure that your luggage is clearly marked.
All expenses of a personal nature will be for your own account (i.e. telephone, laundry, mini bar, etc.)
Please ensure that you settle any outstanding amount prior to your departure.
